Welcome to the launch of the #properpeppering blog, the place where our brand’s personality can shine and we can connect directly with you, our customers. This idea was sparked by my interest in sharing a slice of all things Proper Pepper – not just pimento cheese, but my family’s day-to-day experiences doing the things we love.

But the mission of our blog is to share our love of southern food --- the brands we purchase, how we cook it, and most importantly, sharing it!

It is truly putting into action a style of living that involves all of the values, interests and characteristics a proper southerner should have been taught since birth, including the love of Proper Pepper Pimento Cheese.
